How do I place an order?

What do I need to do in this process? How does it work?

Very little! All we need is your desired tree style and delivery/pick-up windows. Leave the rest to us — we will take care of installation, decoration, take down, clean up and storage! Please refer to our section on How It Works for an overview of the 4 easy steps.

When do I need to place an order by?

Please book your rental tree by October 31st to allow our team to fulfill all orders with the utmost care and diligence. The sooner you place your order, the wider the options and availability will be, so we encourage you to not wait until last minute.

Can you 100% guarantee my specific order?

We will do our best to accommodate your desired tree size, style and decorations to the fullest. That being said, orders will be reserved on a first come first served basis, which may limit availability. If that is the case, our design team will work with you directly to discuss any modifications that may be suitable for you.

I see that you offer a menu of themes and specific designs. How much customization can I do?

In general, we recommend sticking with our carefully developed, curated offering to ensure the highest quality and most beautiful designs consistently. However, we can accommodate different combinations of décor to build a more customized version of our offering that will suit your needs. Our team members will gladly discuss any slight modifications or additions with you to understand your vision.
